Audit Process Coordinator
Responsible for the management of the centralized audit and for ensuring complete alignment of all stakeholders in relation to all audit matters and follow-up requests. The role includes coordination with the Central PwC team in Slovakia, the business operations, central function and Country Finance Services (CFS). The position will monitor overall audit process and regularly report to all involved parties. The position acts as ultimate coordinator and contact with external auditors for all engagements associated to central functions. The coordinator is expected to have the technical acumen and interpersonal presence to audit process of central function, playing a critical leadership role in coordination of central audit process with PwC
How you will do it
• Act as overall audit engagement coordinator for all audit work performed by the appointed external auditors (PWC)
• Execute audit plan (road-map/toolkit), in conjunction with external auditors and central function teams
• To work closely with PwC Bratislava, PwC European Coordinator, BBC and local management
• To maintain good local relations with the external audit firm appointed by the corporation at the international level for all leaders of central function teams
• Timely and regularly report about audit progress, findings, potential issues all related parties (drafts and discusses audit findings with lead auditors and management of the audited unit -and higher level management, as appropriate- on a timely basis). During hard-close and year end communicates daily with PwC.
• Secure proper escalation process
• Accounting or Finance Business Management degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience within an financial auditing environment.
• Fluency in English required.
• Strong ability to highlight and communicate opportunities for improvement within the organization.
• Excellent communications skills,
• Sound managerial skills to enable supervising staff on audits.
• Help ensure Bratislava based central function staff team members fulfil their roles during audit process
• Ability to work effectively with people even under difficult circumstances.
• Recognizes that changes in circumstances and customer expectations alter objectives and priorities, and demonstrates adaptability.
• Builds collaborative relationships and contributes to the efforts and accomplishments of teams throughout the JCI organization and external audit team.
Starting from 1300EUR/month gross (plus a 13th month salary) based on relevant experience*
