Junior Direct Debit Analyst

What you will do
 Our billing teams work on the creation of non- standard billing and the processing of credit notes based on requests from business. As a billing analyst, you will be in charge of following open credit notes, investigating their cleaning and uploading daily invoices journals to General Ledger.
 
How you will do it

• Uploading daily invoice journal to General Ledger
• Daily communication with internal customers – business
• Ensuring customer Direct Debit details are created/updated to ensure accurate and timeliness of monthly Direct Debit submissions
• To provide customer satisfaction through the delivery of accurate entry
• Ensure timely investigation/resolution of indemnity claims and payment queries
• Preparation of entries relating to Direct debit work including any journals for approval in line with the Tyco Delegation of Authority
• Reconciliation of customer accounts when queries arise

What we look for

Required

• Strong  Accounting background and accuracy
• MS-Office (Excel - advanced - Pivot tables, filters, VLOOKUP, IF) 
• Advanced English

Preferred

• Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
• Experience  in the Accounting department

Salary starting from 1000 EUR/month gross (plus a 13th month salary) based on relevant experience.
