Analyst Collections with Dutch or French Language

What you will do
Collections Coordinator is the right position for you if you would like to take over a role where you can use your communication skills and that is close to business and finance. In our Business Centre this position belongs to the Order-To-Cash (OTC) department. We are responsible for collection of past due amounts from our customers. We are the first point of contact for situations related to accounts receivable and are driven by our cash related goals.

How you will do it
• Manage customer accounts portfolio of assigned branches / countries
• Ensure customers are contacted and paying in a timely and efficient manner
• Support other teams by contacting customers and searching for payment details in order to allocate incoming payments
• Identify invoices in dispute, assign them to appropriate resolvers and coordinate dispute resolution process
• Perform regular account reconciliation with customers
• Identify reasons for delay of payments, document them in the specific IT tool
• Propose uncollectible cases for further legal actions and/or write-offs
• Regularly report and analyze top open invoices with local finance & operations

What we look for
Required
• Intermediate English (B2) AND Fluent French or Dutch in both spoken
& written form (level C1 or similar)
• Great proven communication skills over the phone to build strong working relationships
• Demonstrate integrity & emotional maturity

Preferred
• Goal-driven performance, passionate about hitting goals
• Analytical skills
• University education with financial/ economic background (or experience)

We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions. We carefully consider your professional competencies, qualifications and experience in our compensation package and/or when offering you other positions. Our compensation philosophy is to pay fairly, also considering market situation and the value employees may bring to company.
 
The starting salary is 1000 euros per month for candidates who meet our minimum criteria. However, candidates with two plus years work experience will achieve higher earnings. Candidates with required language experience will achieve additional earnings.
