What will you do

OTC (Order to Cash) department`s responsibility covers all processes related to receiving, processing and fulfilling customer`s requests for goods or services. The department is continuously working on improvements and process enhancements to fulfill our customer`s requirements in highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our Customer Master Data team sets up the customer`s account in our accounting systems and maintains customers data to keep them up to date.

How you will do it
• Customer creation & maintenance - ensure customer master data completeness and proper customer set up
• Communicate with internal customers via email or phone to update customer data
• Ensure correct functionality of internal Customer Tools, which are used for receiving the customer master data set up or change requests
• Properly store and document all back up for new customers and changes done in CMF (Customer Master File)
• Audit and cleanse master data to ensure system accuracy and eliminate inconsistencies
• Follow internal controls and policies
• Properly and timely closing of Continuous Monitoring Analytics
• Ensure no duplicate and dummy customers are entered in to the system
• Recommend process improvement and efficiencies

What we look for
Required
• Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting
• Accounting background and accuracy
• Pro-active attitude
• MS-Office user knowledge
• English on advanced level
Preferred
• Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
• Working experience in Finance/Accounting
• Experience in ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, iScala)

Salary starting from 1000 EUR/month gross (plus a 13th month salary) based on relevant experience.

This salary is our minimum advertised salary. We value each and every employee who joins Johnson Controls, therefore ensuring our compensation package aligns with your professional qualifications and competencies to the open position you are selected for.

The team you will be joining is supporting US market 50% (2 weeks/month), during which your working hours will be from 1:30 pm till 10 pm.

Except for the obvious - having free time during the day so you can do everything you like to do, we offer extra benefits on top and compensation for employees supporting the US market:
• 30% of extra salary on top of your basic salary
• 2 fully paid meal vouchers per day (for lunch and dinner)
