Accountant - Accounts Payable Banking 25% US Time

The Procure to Pay (PTP) department covers all activities related to 3rd party supplier invoices, employee expense reports and inter-company invoices from invoice receipt to payment – including supporting the tasks of helpdesk, account reconciliation, invoice compliance and reporting. The Banking team plays an important role in ensuring that the payments are validated and executed on time as per the policy.
 
How you will do it

• Payment executions
  
• Validating payment proposals and supporting documentation
  
• Submitting payment files to bank via common multibank portal
  
• Entering, executing and following up on ad-hoc manual payment requests
  
• Working with EPRs (SAP, Oracle, iScala) – responsibilities limited to payment agenda, deep knowledge not     required
  
• Ad-hoc reporting in XLS
  
• Quarterly review of bank accounts
  
• Communication with banks, internal customer, other departments within SSC
  
• Digital and physical archiving of supporting documentation and review based on Audit requests
  
• Preparing Work Instructions
  
• Working with SharePoint tools
  
• Participation on projects
  
• Reporting issues to IT developers and following up on solution

Salary starting from 1000 EUR/month gross (plus a 13th month salary) based on relevant experience.
