Contract Management Administrator

Create, review, redline and assist in finalizing the draft agreements for contracting with third parties based on requirements provided by JCI business personnel engaged with such third parties and in co-ordination with JCI legal.
 
What you will do
* Provide contract template to business based on request
* Review commercial information of provided by the business to determine correctness and whether it complies with the approved standards
* Follows-up with the business when the information provided is incorrect/unclear or requires further approvals before it could be approved
* Once all the information are confirmed, drafts the contract on the appropriate template based on the relationship, country and other applicable criteria.
* Review deviations from standards and to ensure that non-standard terms are escalated and approved by authorized teams
* Once receives all the required approvals, makes modification to the drafts as per the approvals/rejections and sends the finalized version to the business.
* Upload approved contacts to repository for ongoing maintenance.
* Monitor and update contracts on an ongoing basis during renewals (amendments, terminations, etc.)
* Depend on requirements, send approved version of contact for translation to local language
What we look for
* Bachelor degree, preferably with procurement, business or legal focuses
* Active knowledge of English language required, German an additional strong asset
* Ability to gather, relate and summarize information into logical conclusions
* Strong interpersonal skills required to interact with internal customers
* Ability to perform data entry and retrieval on various business systems
* Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office and the ability to use business systems software
* Self-motivated, reliable and dependability are essential
