Credit Coordinator

What you will do
• Daily task oversee and advise legal processes /focusing and liens and bonds/ of entire OTC team for the US market /construction industry/ which is split into three division of total 150 credit and/or collection analysts.
• Administer due diligence site /setting permissions and user roles/ for entire OTC North America team
• You will be also responsible to send out preliminary notices on weekly basis to all business partners in timely manner.
• Communicate daily with external customers such as General Contractors and/or Business Owners and/or customers via phone or email and resolve their inquiries within 24 hours
• Monthly reporting of important KPIs of legal and credit teams to the management /10 reports in total/
• Yearly update the decision-making matrix based on the legal opinions of our external legal partner
What we look for
• Fluent English (C1 and similar)
• Economical or Legal education/background
• Communication skills, active listening, critical thinking
• MS Outlook, Powerpoint, Word,
• MS Excel (nested functions, vlookup, Pivot Data, VBA dynamic macros) / MS Access
• ERP and platforms knowledge is a plus
• Understanding essentials of construction law is a plus
• Administration of dynamic web pages is a plus

You will be based in our newly opened offices in the vibrant city center close to the river and Eurovea shopping center.. The onsite facilities include a fitness center, coffee machines, canteen and nursery. If you are relocating to Bratislava to join JCI you will be eligible to receive a housing allowance to help you get your new life set up!

Working in US time
Except for the obvious - having a free time during the day so you can do everything you like to do, we offer interesting benefits and compensation for second shift employees:

• 30% of the salary extra to your base salary
• 2 meal vouchers per day fully paid by employer
• Taxi allowance 6,50 euros every day you work after 11pm

Working shifts are fix and may vary for particular states you will be supporting:
Earliest shift: 1:30pm –10pm
Latest shift: 3:30pm – 12pm
