We are committed to helping our customers win and creating greater value for all of our stakeholders in everything that we do. Our Cash Collections team work to maximise the timely collection of cash from our customers around the globe, through the effective management of inquiries made and received by telephone. We work to keep our aged debt to a minimum through timely action of outstanding debt.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

 
* Take full responsibility for the timely and accurate (program) reporting of financial results
* Full compliance with local and US GAAP accounting rules, where applicable
* Adherence to JCI procedures
* Full SOX compliance
* Achieve FY Profit Plan financial targets
* Guarantee compliance with JCI procedures for all Team / Group Members
* Set-up of Team Structure to support above
* Manage, motivate and develop Team Members
* Ensure the timely reporting of key financial information
* Ensure ethical and accounting principle compliance
* Ensure that external partners (e.g. PWC) and regional partners receive accurate and on-time information
* Drives efficiency savings via  sharing of best practices
* Deliver department's continuous improvement savings
* Establish clear objectives for performance and quality across all Corporate / BU Finance departments
* Ensure complete, accurate and timely processing of daily transactional volume
* Monitor the performance and quality of the accounting activities performed by the accounting team based on agreed measurables (KPI´s)  plus initiate timely reaction to any missed KPI targets
Your Profile:
* BA/ MBA degree in economics graduated in business administration/ management especially accounting, finance, controlling
* 7 years experience in financial and business management
* Minimum 3 years as Finance Manager operational and strategic involvement
* Fluent in English, strong verbal and written communication skills
* Prior leadership experience and excellent leadership and managerial skills
* To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic skills in accounting software related to collections; and intermediate skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research, including:

* Ability to utilize basic formulas
* Utilize Pivot Tables and V-Lookups

SAP knowledge/Oracle & HFM experience

Excellent customer service, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced team environment while meeting deadlines

Ability to perform complex account reconciliation
* Experience pulling and analyzing  data from ERP and other systems
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in reconciling  complex accounts along with demonstrated capability of presenting outcomes to customers

Solid self-management

Team player with pro-active approach and problem solving personality

Innovative and constantly looking for opportunities to improve

Experience of working in Shared Service Centre/Retained/Outsourced environment
