HR Professional

Your responsibilities

* Coordinate and/or administer various aspects of the organization's compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs
* Contact to internal customer organizations to resolve issues and respond to inquiries in HR fields
* HR Process Administration (Recruitment & Staffing, Communication, Compensation & Benefits, Trainings)
* Support HR organization to fill vacancies internally & externally according business targets (Talent Management / Succession Planning)
* Maintain and optimize organizational and data processing systems in use
* Project-related work as needed

Your qualificiations

*  Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred
*  First experiences in generalistic Human Resources, preferably gained in an international environment
*  Good level of English language in written and spoken and fluent in Slovak in written and spoken
*  Very good MS Office skills as well as experienced with Outlook, Skype for Business and SharePoint
*  Database knowledge desired (PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP)
*  Strong organizational skills as well as very good communication and presentation skills
*  Intercultural knowledge and teamplayer
