Human Resources Business Partner

As Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
* Key contact to the internal customer organizations to resolve issues and respond to inquiries in HR fields
* HR Process Administration (Working contracts, Data Management, Recruitment & Staffing, Communication, Compensation & Benefits, Trainings)
* Support and coordinate recruitment activities with TA team
* Support HR organization to fill vacancies internally & externally according to business targets (Talent Management/Succession Planning)
* Analysis of business problems. Applies process-related analytical skills for improved business solutions, including system, functional and organizational change
* Represent and present BBC HR during visits, meetings – internal or external
* Coordinate University relations with Talent Acquisition team
* Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

Your qualifications:
 
* University degree in Social Science, Business degree or professional HR qualification
* At least 5 years professional experience in HR field
* Excellent MS Office skills  - Excel and Powerpoint is a must
* Database experience is an advantage (e.g. People Soft, Taleo,)
* English is a must
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Good analytical skills
* Intercultural effectiveness
* A teamplayer
* Good interpersonal skills
