Sr. Analyst for Balance Quality Assurance & Reporting Team

Your responsibilities

Primary Purpose:
 
Responsible for Global data consolidation and reporting for the Balance Sheet Quality Assurance & Reporting Team. 
 
 
Primary Duties:
 

* Responsible for extracting and consolidating Balance Sheet reconciliation data from different reconciliation and repository tools (i.e. Share point, AssureNet, Blackline etc.) related to all JCI Regional Business Centers (RBCs)
* Responsible for reporting Balance Sheet reconciliation data for all RBCs on a weekly, monthly, or as-needed basis to multiple management levels
* Ad-hoc reporting as needed/required. i.e. This includes consolidating and reporting unreconciled and aged reconciled items (URI and aged ARI items) etc.
* Prepare Power Point Presentation as requested
* Super-User / Administrator of multiple reconciliations tools and repositories (e.g. BlackLine, ARM, AssureNet, Sharepoint, others as required).  Become to the go-to subject matter expert (SME).
* Based on needs provide training on reconciliations tools, repositories, balance sheet reconciliation templates, and other applications and/or processes as required
* Support as required in developing and implementing a standard account reconciliation training program (e.g. e-Learning, face-to-face, etc.)
* Participate in Balance Sheet reconciliation reviews and/or preparation as needed
 

Your qualificiations

Job Requirements:

 

·         MS-Office knowledge

·         Excellent Excel skills

·         Macro experience is a plus

·         Power BI knowledge or any of the  reconciliations tools e.g. BlackLine, ARM, AssureNet, Sharepoint is a must

·         Analytical

·         Ability to work effectively with people even under challenging circumstances

·         Excellent English oral and written communication skills

 

·         Interpersonal Skills/Teamwork. Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives

·         Communication  Ability to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of Management

·         Customer Satisfaction/Total Quality. Ability to recognize, respond to customer expectations with sense of urgency and even increase expectations

·         Initiative/Execution/Innovation. Ability to take actions, decisions & to generate ideas, products, processes in promised timely manner; involvement in designs or  other work requiring creative imagination
