Senior Business Partner for Human Resources

As Senior Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

Key contact to the internal customer organizations to resolve issues and respond to inquiries in HR fields
HR Process Administration (Working contracts, Data Management, Recruitment & Staffing, Communication, Compensation & Benefits, Trainings)
Support and coordinate recruitment activities with TA team
Support HR organization to fill vacancies internally & externally according to business targets (Talent Management/Succession Planning)
Analysis of business problems. Applies process-related analytical skills for improved business solutions, including system, functional and organizational change
Represent and present BBC HR during visits, meetings – internal or external
Coordinate University relations with Talent Acquisition team
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
University degree in Social Science, Business degree or professional HR qualification

  • At least 5 years professional experience as HRBP
  • Excellent MS Office skills - Excel and Powerpoint is a must
  • Database experience is an advantage (e.g. People Soft, Taleo,)
  • English is a must
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Intercultural effectiveness
  • A team player
  • Good interpersonal skills
