Continuous Improvement & Data Project Lead

1. Presents, facilitates and leads assigned process improvement projects
2. Coordinates with related departments and functions to assure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall process improvement directions
3. Monitor the progress of planned improvement project to assure timely action, appropriate management support, and achievement of expected benefits.
4. Monitor due dates and data deliverables.
5. Prepares training materials
6. Manage data analytics and run various (recurring) data analysis
7. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
• Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree in Finance or IT with focus on tax
• At least 5 years compliance experience, international experience, focus on processes and proven leadership expertise.
• Local GAAP, international GAAP (IFRS) and U.S. GAAP knowledge
• ERP systems knowledge (including SAP R/3 and Oracle) required
• Hyperion knowledge (Enterprise/HFM) required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Strong English skills
• Strong ability to cooperate with people from various hierarchy levels and cultural backgrounds
• Strong ability to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of people & to lead negotiations
