Your responsibilities

Job description:


* Support HR organization to fill vacancies internally & externally according to business targets
* Sourcing and pre-selection of candidates based on job requirements
* Phone screening and assessment of applications
* Interview process
* HR Recruiting process –full support to HRBP
* Regular reporting to HRBP
* Feedback to candidates
* Active use of internal database and active search on job board and LinkedIn


Your qualificiations



* University degree in Social Science, Business degree or professional HR qualification
* At least 2 years professional experience in Recruitment
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Database experience is an advantage (e.g. People Soft, Taleo, SAP)
* English is a must
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Good analytical skills
* Intercultural effectiveness
* A teamplayer
* Good interpersonal skills
