Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will act as game changer for the entire division by continuously positioning market research as strategic consultant when it comes to our customers and brands and acting as driver in transforming Market research and Marketing into ‘digital first’ thinking functions. You will interact directly with Brand Franchise Leaders, Global Marketing Directors, Regional Marketing Directors as well as external agencies. You will act as being the ‘voice of the consumer & HCPs’ and be a well-respected neutral advocate of their interests in all business decisions. You will support the teams to push our successful brands to become true love brands via innovation and marketing communication research. You will foster brand activation by supporting media planning on all relevant touchpoints, utilizing available consumer data and information (e.g. tracking, ROI analysis). You will be accountable for global business intelligence reporting & analytics, volume projections and further special market research related projects and new market entries. You will have the unique opportunity to further build our team center of excellence related to digital market research via real time analytics, piloting and building ongoing learning cases.

Psychology, Market Research, Marketing or Other Business-Related Degree

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• at least 10 years of relevant business experience, ideally both on the agency and multi-national consumer goods or health care companies (FMCG / OTC)
• fully versed in all market research approaches and techniques (qualitative and quantitative) with a strong background related to latest & greatest digital tools and methods (e.g. google analytics, social listening, agile insight generation etc.)
• strong strategic and analytical skills
• excellent communication skills
• great understanding of the power of insights and creativity
• language skills: Business English – fluent, any other language desirable
