JobPower Hungary Ltd. Is looking for a candidate for its multinational packaging industry partner as follows:

Our partner is a global company offering complete industrial packaging solutions. The company is a leading provider of packaging solutions for Telecom, Energy, Vehicle and Aerospace industries. Packaging solutions are not the only thing we offer to our partners, since beside logistics cost reduction, we pay attention to be environmentally conscious (recycling, returnable packaging).

The tasks of a new colleague will include acquiring new deals as well as the exploration of the further needs of our existing customers. The sales representative will be supported by designer group in the developing phase and by production plant(s) in supply of packaging solutions.

Our aim is to grow our team with a team player excellent in technical sales development. The ideal candidate is open to understand customer needs and passionate about sales.

Responsibilities:

• Actively searching, contacting new partners (app. 3 days business trip)
• Exploring and understanding customer needs
• Plays active role in developing packaging solutions together with engineering team
• Taking care of existing customers, introducing new capabilities and solutions
• Collaboration with the customer service, procurement, designer and manufacturing team
• Helps to implement local and group strategy

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with medium and large production companies
• Proactive to anticipate customer needs, project opportunities
• Experience in project management to fulfill customer demand from first contact until the delivery of the packaging solution.
• Strong technical interest and skills
• Confident use of MS Office, Excel
• Advanced English language skills
• Driving license B
