Chief accountant in an automotive company

​The person we are looking for will work in Bratislava within an innovative, international environment, as part of a motivated team.​

Responsibilies :

• Continuos accounting in the company
• Monitoring of current changes in accounting legislation and regulations
• Control of accounting operations according to standards and legislation valid for Slovak accounting
• Ensure correctness and completeness of accounting and tax records in the entire range of financial accounting
• Inventory of liabilities, receivables, assets
• Keeping of warehouse, payroll, and property accounting
• Cooperation with control and tax authorities of state administration
• Ensuring day-to-day work activities related to accounting
• Management of personnel and payroll agenda
• Secure receivables collection process
• Proactively evaluate and propose improvements of working methods and processes within field of responsibility
• Preparation of analyses and reports according to the requirements of the company's management, Preparation of tax returns and VAT declarations, reporting
• Responsible for monthly , quarterly and annual closing work
• Preparation of statistical reports and documents for audit and tax consultancy
• Preparation of annual corporate income tax return
