Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Leadership and responsibility for external and internal quality results through the interaction of all departments within JMP Plast
- Employees management and coaching
- Defines QMS systems at the plant to meet all relevant certification requirements
- Coordinates and oversees the organization of the quality process in relation to process improvement and control
- Supports the escalation process and quick problem resolution
- Maintains a quality system ensuring compliance with standards
- Monitors KPIs and defines possible corrective or preventive plans
- Brings support to new projects by dealing with customers
- Direct participation in PPAP documents preparation

- Problem solving (Ishikawa, 5xWhy, 8D)
- Knowledge of quality management tools (FMEA, PPAP, ...) and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards
- Knowledge of IATF 16949/2016 standard – must have
- VDA 6.3 – C, APQP, PSB
- At least 5 years of experience in managing of quality and production areas in a production company
- experience in the automotive industry is a requirement
- Strong leader
- Assertiveness, responsibility, team work
- Fluent business communication in English; German language is an advantage
- Knowledge of quality management tools (FMEA, PPAP, ...) and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards
- Knowledge of IATF 16949/2016 standard – must have
