YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITES:
This position supports the sales force from proposal preparation to contract signature for machine tools:
Your activities include:
- Preparation of technical and financial proposals for sellers
- Calculating costs
- Processing and verification of customer inquiries in terms of technical and commercial
aspects
- Preparation of proposals & documentation
- Supporting sales department in presales activities
- Development of customized solutions in co-operation with the Japanese HQ
- Preparation of statistics and estimates of sales
- Interfacing and communication with other departments
- Preparation of presentations

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
-Engineering or equivalent in a technical area
-Minimum of High School Degree and minimum 3 years work experience within a technical or machinery multinational environment
-Experience with preparation of technical proposals according to customer requirements.
-English C1 (good written knowledge and understanding)
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Multicultural awareness – able to deal with customers and partners with different cultures and
with relevant positions within customers organizations
-Good team player
-Engineering or equivalent in a technical area
