Order Processing specialist (SAP needed)

We are looking for Order processing Specialist for a successful global player operating in a market in which quality, precision and customer proximity are traditionally of enormous importance. Duties and responsibilities:

• Creation of material structures in the ERP system (SAP)
• Booking of machine deliveries / partial deliveries in SAP
• Ensuring on-time order processing
• Scheduling and tracking of project execution as well as machine deliveries
• Support of the internal sales department especially in the maintenance of the sales configuration system
• Documentation of processes for handling and processing machine tool customer orders, standardization and optimization of processes, development of approaches to digitalization and support of projects for digitalization of routine processes
• Preparation of internal purchase orders


Expectations:

• knowledge of SAP (modules MM or SD or PP..)
• willingness to consistently follow procedural work sequences, ability to analyze processes and contribute suggestions for improvement
• advanced English language skills, both written and spoken
