Financial Controller (Senior)

We are looking for senior Controller preferably from manufacturing company.
S/he will be the responsible person for the overall financial reporting to Management and the reporting to internal Committees and Board of Directors.
Successful candidate will assist the leadership team in key decisions, will design and oversee the execution of company budget, will Identify possible damaging financial risks, forecast and analyze company sales and overall performance addressing all topics within P&L.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
• Ensure on time delivery and overall responsibility of the financial reporting and supervise the overall internal reporting
• Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process
• Managing the budget process
• Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
• Contribute with CFO to present financial reporting to internal stakeholders and / or external stakeholders upon request
• Analyze the fulfillment and reporting progress of business plans
• Execute the financial modelling or financial scenario analysis upon request
• Developing and monitoring business performance metrics
• Responsible for the budget process and budget review process
• Support financial simplification processes
• Participate in ad hoc projects and management requests
• Ensure that Internal Audit points are all closed within deadlines
