Plant Liaison Manager

• Act as first point of contact for the customer plant on all issues relating to the business between Company and the plant
• Liaise with wider company team to ensure issues raised by the customer are forwarded to the correct responsible person and ensure responses are issued in a timely manner, as requested
• Attend meetings with all departments in the customer plant to monitor company performance to the plant and discuss possible areas of improvement of service. Report meeting content to company FSP Operations Manager
• Liaise with nominated 3PL and be point of contact for issues with 3PL for company team
• Assist all company departments with daily tasks to ensure smooth running of business in customer plant
• Liaise and attend meetings with other departments to aid business and organizational development
• Travel to other company locations as required to attend meetings / training
• Assist as required with any reasonable request in line with business needs or customer/client requirements
• Knowledge of and adherence to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949
• Responsible for the communication and adherence of all direct reports to company and Safety Policy and procedures
