OPPORTUNITY
This exciting opportunity is right at the heart of our plant development intentions, We need an eager and motivated professional who will be a key member of the JLR Slovakia HR Capability team. The role will provide project lead support on HR talent, learning & development interventions to support the strategic direction of the business area while ensuring the people strategy / approach is aligned across the business unit.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Provide support to Business Partners on global and local HR projects and initiatives
• Project management of development of new training interventions into JLR Slovakia (e.g. Group Leader Academy, Production Leader Academy, Leadershift program, Manufacturing learning journey, etc.)
• Design and develop learning and engagement programmes and materials either directly, or through third parties.
• Delivery of global corporate training and engagement programmes into JLR Slovakia.
• Contribute to delivery of key HR KPI’s (absence, attrition, succession, talent, engagement)
• Support the ongoing development of people capability in the line management population.
• Support organisational change initiatives to ensure strategic business objectives are met, contribute to local transformation initiatives (e.g. Cesta)
• Cross functional working with the Centre of Expertise and Shared Service teams and wider HR community to deliver people strategies / initiatives
• Support deploying Engagement cycle plan activities (e.g. performance review process, PULSE survey and action planning, skills framework assessments)
• Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time

• Strong English Language skills
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills, ability to use these for stakeholder management and presentations
