OPPORTUNITY
The role is to be a valid part of Quality Integration Team within the Plant Quality department. Leads, support and motivate the team members to achieve overall goals and objectives. Accountable for delivery the Quality Integration Team priorities and activities. Leads by example and understands the needs of their team members, enabling development, growth and performance of their team, creating an environment for great two way communication. The role requires collaboration across functions to ensure we have established compliance with the internal and global procedures supporting external certification in the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manufacturing Quality Operation System (MQOS) – Lead a team of Internal Auditors and ensure the team deliver the objectives as Internal Audit performance according the Audit schedule, prepare and share the Audit reports, support and approve problem solving after raised non-conformity.
• Project Lead – Analyze, Identify topics for the project improvement and lead a cross functional team for delivery a project for continuous improvements of Plant Quality department to increase effectivity of the PQ department or whole plant (Non Conformities, FTT, DFV, etc.).
• Deputy of Quality Integration Manager – Able to represent the Quality Integration Team in case of absence of the QI Manager and cover his/her full cadence.

Požiadavky

CANDIDATE
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• University education (Master's degree)
• 5 year experience on position within Quality or Manufacturin Engineering Department
• Experience in procedure adherence, control and auditing in a manufacturing environment (e.g APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans).
• Experience in leading teams within in a manufacturing high performing environment.
• Good statistical and numerical reasoning skills.
• Ability to lead cross functional teams.
• Experience of audit compliance and documentation standards within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and experience of external certification processes.
• Proven Problem Solving skills
• Competent user of MS Office: Word, Power Point & in particular Excel.

Desirable:
• Familiarity within automotive manufacturing certification processes (e.g. TS).
• Experience in quality management process and operating systems.
• Experience with core problem solving tools: FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement tools.
• Enthusiasm, drive, commitment and the confidence to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
