Production Control Analyst

OPPORTUNITY

The Production Control department is responsible for smooth build of customer orders through Body shop, Paint shop and Final assembly. Department is also responsible for analyses and evaluation of impacts in case of unexpected situation (engineering changes, supplier’s issues, and other bottlenecks. Last but not least the Production Control is responsible for preparation of essential daily production reports for Senior management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing production flow and dealing with occured disorders.
Sequencing customer orders into Bodyshop, Paintshop and Trim & Final according to initial planned sequence.
Scrap & relaunch orders in case of inreparable defects on body.
Monitoring of SVO ( Special Vehicle Operations ) orders, VIP orders and Showcars.
Securing launch of Pre-build orders.
Preparing ad hoc analyzes for other departments.
Preparing reports for Senior management.
Working 3 shifts pattern (Morning / Afternoon / Night).

Essential:

Candidates must demonstrate drive, initiative and strong analytical skills, accuracy in reports.
Applicants must be computer literate and have knowledge of relevant business systems (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc).
Can manage and resolve a wide range of complex problems using problem solving tools.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure when necessary to deliver key objectives.
English speaking and a good understanding of written and spoken English.
Relevant previous experience on Production Control / Manufacturing / Scheduling.
Ability to work as part of one team.

Desirable:

Knowledge of systems EcoEmos / MES / FLAGs.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Bodyshop, Paintshop and Final Assembly.
