Manpower Planning Engineer

OPPORTUNITY

This role will provide engineering, technical and Manpower support to Technology Manager (statistical Hourly/Salaried Manpower data). This includes the technical assistance, analysis Required on Role ROR, Hours Per Car HPC, Actual on Role AOR vs ROR and providing data for hiring. Create the process strategy, Support Cost Reduction activities and Provide administration support SQDCPE for Technology Manager (KPI update, ….. )

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide statistical Hourly/Salaried Manpower data required to guide and support the business
• Produce Forecast Manpower data inc Required on Role ROR, Hours Per Car HPC, Actual on Role AOR vs ROR and providing data for hiring / releasing. Managing onboarding activities with HR.
• Takt time measurement & evaluation, benchmark.
• Provide technical assistance to Technology generating manpower inputs/outputs.
• Create the process strategy for Paint Shop A3, PDCA, IBP, Score card, KPI, master schedule etc.
• Support Cost Reduction activities with HPC Hours Per Car analysis and CPU Cost Per Unit analysis, glidepaths and breakdown of actions.
• Lockers and PPE Management
• Provide administration support, managing and arranging travel trip, expenses, correspondence, purchase orders, managing offices affair, invoices, management of IT requests, access tracking, organisational structures, signatories, office stationery (printing / photocopying) etc.
• Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from Technology need.
