The HR Organisation Manager will drive the creation, ongoing development and deployment of a the organisation development strategy. The role holder will deliver initiatives which will ensure the way we organise ourselves and work together creates competitive advantage.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Planning headcount numbers for the entire Nitra Operation.
• Define the strategy to ensure the roles are filled with quality employees.
• Create the hiring and sourcing strategy.
• Align hiring strategy with the senior leadership team.
• Working with the Recruitment Team to execute the strategy and monitor KPIs for delivery.
• Work with the business stakeholders to define the most efficient organisation structure.
• Understand hard to fill roles and critical future skills to input into the hiring and sourcing strategy.
• Work closely with the Training department to implement development programmes where skills are not available in the labour market.
• Lead large scale, people related, strategic business projects (e.g. insourcing, outsourcing, TUPE, etc.)

Požiadavky
• Broad generalist HR experience/HR Manager, ideally with strong experience in organisation design in large complex, blue-chip organisations.
• Experience of developing and managing the deployment of organisational development strategies across multiple locations and diverse colleague groups.
• Governance and risk management skills, strong project management skills and proven track record of leading the successful deployment of large scale people related projects/programmes. e.g. insourcing, outsourcing, TUPE, offshore etc.
• Strong analytical skills, a strategic thinker, able to create a compelling vision and to gain business and HR buy in, with the ability to simplify and operationalise a clear business-orientated people strategy
• Accurate administration skills, attention to detail, data management and manipulation as well as strong business acumen and have the ability to build business cases and present return on investment.
• Proven track record of developing teams and ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organisation, able to connect across a diverse range of people
• Experience of working in a matrix environment, closely collaborating with colleagues from across functions and geographies
• Ability to plan and manage delivery through other teams (e.g. in other countries, sites).
• Able to negotiate and influence at the highest level both internally and externally
• Ability to develop and implement strategy at organisational level
• Degree qualified or equivalent experience
• Experience of working with service providers

Salary from 2183 Euro monthly, bonus 0-15% of gross base salary- paid annually , company car, other benefits
