This role is the HR Data & Technology Consultant within the Slovakia HR Direct team. The role will focus on enabling the delivery of HR processes and services through effective use of data and technology. The role will work closely with the HR process teams and IT.

Responsibilities:
* Act as the Slovak based subject matter expert for HR Data and Technology
*Attend JLR HR technology user forums for knowledge sharing and best practice, to learn practice from other users groups
* Collaborate closely with the UK based central HR Data and Technology team to ensure consistent standards are implemented, taking into account local Slovak requirements
*Slovakia HR Direct user system access management
* Work closely with HR Direct process teams in Slovakia to provide key end user support and training, and identify opportunities for technology enhancements
*Co-ordinate and status manage resolution of technology defects and incidents in Slovakia with UK HR colleagues and IT partners (ticket handling)
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex end user support issues, working with UK HR colleagues and IT partners (i.e. TCS, SAP)
* Co-ordinate testing in Slovakia for new technology releases
* Manage the technical publication and content standards of the Slovakia People Portal
* Manage Mindtouch and knowledge base content management for Slovakia
* Ensure data quality and technology content standards in Slovakia to enable effective business analytics and reporting
* Champion GDPR compliance and protection of the data that we manage within our HR technology landscape in Slovakia
* Investigate any people data breaches, and ensure improvements are implemented to prevent any such breaches in the future
* Support the development of the HR Direct reporting catalogue for Slovakia, that delivers HR service management KPI requirements
* Ensure up to date version controlled documentation on local user guides
* Provide input to new related Data & Technology projects in to Slovakia
* Champion great end user experience in HR technology to make it easy for our customers to do business with us
* Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time

Požiadavky

Essential:
* Experience of working with HR data and technology
* Methodical detailed approach
* Strong reporting and analytical skills
* Experience in website or content management
* Experience in building and managing relationships with wide range of stakeholders
* Strong communicator
* Fluent English

Desirable:
* Understanding of HR processes
* Knowledge of SuccessFactors or shared service systems
* Experience of SAP
* Experience of working on business transformation/technology implementation programmes
* Experience of working in a cross-functional team
* Experience of implementing a HR or finance technology system
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
