This customer focused role sits in the HR Direct Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia and will work closely with the Customer group, the Purchasing department, SMEs and external suppliers to understand the capability priorities and then take responsibility for coordinating and deploying training interventions against the Annual Learning Plan.

Your Responsibilities will be:
* Coordinates, prepares insights & collates input to strategic themes template
* Determines if new learning design is required
* Meets with SMEs to collate detailed input to Annual Learning Plan
* Monitors delivery and circulates quarterly dashboard reporting
* Ensure that all programmes are delivered in line with the JLR global corporate requirements and standards. Define mandatory legislative training requirements and ensure systems in place to ensure that programmes and employees meet the legal requirements.
* Deploy Digital Learning
* Communicates plan with facilitator and line manager
* Markets courses to audience & monitors fill rates/ drive agreed marketing/ cancels or amends sessions with owner
* Plans volumes, mix of courses, session dates and marketing strategy
* Receives weekly request schedule report and utilizes report data to plan activity for following quarter
* Slovakia L&D process content ownership
* Slovakia L&D policy content
* L&D Supplier management in Slovakia - Work closely with our purchasing team to source training providers and ensure that they deliver value and quality and that they are procured fairly and within policy.
* Onboarding - Welcome Day- Own and manage the onboarding journey for all of our new starters, ensuring that this is continuously updated and improved.


* Previous experience of working in HR Customer Service/L&D role at a similar level within a large organisation, consulting with functional teams to understand requirements
* Ability to deliver results consistently in a fast paced HR contact Centre
* Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred
* Proficient English Language ability
* Attention to detail and high focus on quality output

* Proven Project Management experience using Project Management techniques e.g. Project Planning, Risk Management etc.
* Experience of stakeholder management
* Experience of Process Development
* Willingness to undertake international travel
* Experience of planning and organizing events


* Permanent working contract, working directly for JLR.
* Meals only for 1€.
* Company bus transportation. In case of traveling by own car Transport Allowance 20 Euro per month.
