We have an exciting opportunity to work for a new automotive Company in the Nitra region. We are hiring for the position of CME Engineer / Process Engineer.
This role will provide engineering and technical support to design, develop and implement manufacturing production processes to enable successful launch of new products
This includes the creation of process, delivery of tools, jigs & fixtures, quality, data analysis and reporting of major issues, deployment of failure mode avoidance tools, support of cross-functional teams in the resolution of those issues on projects and the tracking of resolution through to completion.
Responsibilities:
* Attend and manage CMM / CIM / Manage the Change meetings and present where applicable
* Maintain MTC (Manage the Change) and manage Line Trial trackers. Drive Final Intro VINs
* Co-ordinate with Line Engineers with forthcoming changes and concurrence
* Manufacturing concurrence for PACN’s and Engineering changes (WERS)
* Planning, developing and implementation of all written GSPAS processes for current manufacturing.
* Support Engineering with feasibility of designs to suit manufacturing build requirements
* Build Verification and Validation for manufacture through mock up or line trial
* Application of Lean Manufacturing and Design principles.
* Develop, document and assure standardized work and stable production processes according to standard operating procedures.
* Ensure adherence to MQOS deliverables
* Manage technical issues arising from releases and escalate where appropriate
* Raising and support with problem resolution on AIMS

* Understanding of Final Assembly processes & procedures

* Demonstrable ability to create detailed and effective action plans
* Ideally educated to degree level in Manufacturing or a similar engineering discipline
* Knowledge of and involvement in the product development phase
* Project management experience
* Understanding of IPS requirements & Lean Manufacturing
* WERS Trained
* GSPAS Trained
* English language Level B1/B2, Slovak language Level C2
* Understanding of Final Assembly processes & procedures
* Flexible approach to job responsibilities and working hours
* Demonstrable ability to create detailed and effective action plans
* Ideally educated to degree level in Manufacturing or a similar engineering discipline
* Knowledge of and involvement in the product development phase
* Project management experience
