Time and Attendance Analyst

As a result of Jaguar Land Rover's global expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the JLR finance team as a Time and Attendance Controller responsible for the controlling process of timesheets and attendance.

Main responsibilities:
• Data analysis of timesheet templates from JLR MFG Group Leaders and Load the datasheets into KRONOS Application
• Ensuring completeness and correctness of timesheet data loads and adherence to internal deadlines in data collection process
• Close cooperation with operational teams – JLR MFGvGroup Leaders, being point of the first contact for timesheets issues resolution.
• Support users – Time Approvers, being JLR MFG Group Leaders with day to day queries on the timesheet and attendance processes
• Close cooperation with Payroll Analysts, assuring correctness of the input data for payroll calculation and processing, as well as resolving the related queries
• Support development and analyse various reports related to timesheets and attendance.
