HR Mobility and Business Travel Consultant

* Working in the Global Mobility & Business Travel Team, and covering Slovakia, you will be deploying global processes and standards, whilst ensuring they are fit for purpose in the local market.
* You will be responsible for managing a population of ISEs into Slovakia and will support them through their move, from initial relocation to eventual repatriation to their home country.
* You will become their main point of contact in the Global Mobility team and will prepare all assignment documentation relating to this move, including initial assignment letter and ongoing monthly payroll instructions.
* You will also help to co-ordinate ISE moves out of Slovakia, to other JLR markets.
* You will be supporting business travel and ensuring business traveller compliance.
* You will manage and coordinate the external relocation partners who provide support services to the ISEs and travellers such as relocation, travel, tax and immigration support.
* You will be working as part of the Slovakia HR Direct team to manage the resolution of complex queries on mobility and business travel for Slovakia

* Mobility and business travel processes, including knowledge of Slovakia regulatory requirements
* Experience of delivering mobility and business travel processes
* Experience of benchmarking and developing mobility and business travel processes
* Experience of delivering international assignee payroll
* Skilled in supplier management
* Comprehensive knowledge of key HR processes
* The ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders across different businesses, locations and levels
* Fluent English
