Production Launch Operations Coordinator

Job Description
This role will contribute to the planning, control and delivery of all new model launch activities for Jaguar Land Rover vehicle lines supporting the planning and management of Build, Batch and Hold activities, VE Certification cars. Working closely with the Launch Manufacturing team, this role will contribute to ensuring value for money is achieved recognising the safety, quality and delivery objectives

Main Responsibilities:

• To support and assist the team in the management and control of all elements of the build delivery to ensure a "Flawless launch"
• Assist in the delivery of relevant Launch Quality Operating System guidelines activity both in terms of management, control & delivery by milestone & build phase
• Assist in the achievement of all departmental deliverables to target, area scorecard and master schedule
• Work with colleagues to ensure the planning and control of all activities by build phase via creation of Master Schedule and Scorecard metrics are met
• Actively contribute to new model launch review meetings by preparing management information and supplying supporting information for the presentation of status reports where necessary
• Assist in the creation, management and ongoing development of the Health and Safety audits, such as the Safety and Health Assessment Review Process and Plant Launch Scorecard metrics
• Assist and support the Advanced Manufacturing Engineers and Current Manufacturing Engineers in problem resolution via Automated Issues Management Systems and Problem & Countermeasure process
• Contribute to the delivery of all launch metrics in line with launch timing
• Assist in the effective planning & delivery of all workforce readiness activity including hiring plans
• Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

Permanent working contract, working directly for JLR.
Meal card with €4 voucher per working day .Employee pays 1 Euro, Employer pays 3 Euro.
Company bus transportation. In case of traveling by own car Transport Allowance 20 Euro per month.
