The primary responsibilities of the role are to provide direct support to the other Business Departments and Business Process Senior Leader in their daily activities with respect to the Business Process Planning, specifically the Plan To Deliver Process to ensure on-time delivery of their commitments with regards to building a new manufacturing facility.

• Change Management Performace index ( Change requests treatment in time )
• Key Users training assesment score
• Optimization of Business Processes
• Process confirmation and utilization ( Respect process flows in dedicated areas )
• Master Data quality in dedicated areas
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Second level support and investigation of system issues in the business areas. Raising of System Incident tickets to IT and their management, follow up until closure
• Process Modelling, Change request and requirements modelling
• Support external and internal Consulting
• Leading future Blueprint sessions for the other business area for the future IT system deployments eg. Industry 4.0 Reports – after Job1
• Preparation of Business Blueprints for the Implementation of new Master Data Processes and Functionalities
• Standardization and Simulation of Business Processes
• Data Preparation for Test Scenario
• Creation of Test Scenarios ARIS vs. SolMan for Projects
• System testing , Coordination with IT for accurate changes and deployment of the system changes
• Process Deployment
• Preparation and update of Supporting Documentation (QRGs, training materials, process flow descriptions )
• Train or coordinate the training of End Users on the Basis of Defined Processes and Documents
• Managing of the SAP accesses – testing and after Job1
• Assignment of correct roles to the job positions
• Optimization of Business Processes Master Data Administration - Evaluation and Analyse of Data Flow
• Identify Dependences between Processes and Master Data
• Reviewing system error logs for automatic jobs
• COGI errors investigations
