We have an technical administrative role for trim & final manufacturing team.
Main responsibilities:
Take an active role in the construction and update of the Facilities team’s Project plans for new model introductions.
Liaison with Programme Team to ensure Facilities Teams updates are reflected in the programme .
To assist the department manager and lead engineers with all aspects of programme activities - such as organising NEP Teams, Management reviews, Supplier Events and Problem resolution tools (AIMS).
To assist the department manager and work within the Manufacturing teams to collate the achievement of Capital Investment targets (Capex Controlling).
Understand and deploy quality management system processes and procedures to support Plant accreditation and alignment with core JLR global systems (DRIM).
Collate Supplier visit schedule and ensure travel booked and controlled to minimise cost and disruption to the team.
Coordinate AMEDOC Tracker (conformity to AME processes) status with Facilities team.
Set up and maintain Project File and Google Drive structure in support of project delivery and QMS audit conformity.

Požiadavky
▪ Educated to an intermediate level in a business discipline
▪ Have knowledge and understanding to develop project specifications
▪ Experience of automotive manufacturing technical planning - desirable
▪ Proficient in English & Slovak.
▪ Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
▪ Strong communication skills
▪ Good working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
▪ Have the ability to work unsupervised (at times) to a set of objectives & targets.
▪ Have knowledge and understanding to develop project specifications
▪ Experience of automotive manufacturing technical planning - desirable
▪ Proficient in English & Slovak.
▪ Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
▪ Strong communication skills
