The Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the LL6 PVT Product Managers, this C grade Change Management role involves the management of PVT Engineering design changes due to BSAQ projects, QSF's, TVM action and Plant productivity based improvements. It also includes project support for complex cross CoC function changes. Reporting of progress and roadblocks and keeping up to date metrics for the above to enable PVT senior management to plan workload and resource requirements.
The Change Management function within PVT Central is a multi-disciplined role that provides key services to the PVT quality improvement activities. It provides support to PVT Management in aspects of change management and reporting functions.
Must be able to spend an extended period commuting to the UK in the early days to meet and work with the Sister Plant PVT team and the CoC teams working in a “live” Plant learning the systems and procedures that need to be embedded in the new Plant. This training will be up to 6 months duration.


Main Responsibilities: (Outline at a high level the key outcomes of responsibilities for the Role. These should give the reader a clear view of the what the role will do e.g. what is done; to what area; with what outcomes, typically 6 to 10)

  • Support PVT Manager with PACN & WERS Concern approval
  • Responsible for administrating PACN review.
  • Represent / chair “PTIS” dating change review
  • Represent PVT at Plant “Manage the Change (MTC)” meeting
  • Liaise with Model Year teams to ensure that PVT changes are known and managed within the build phases and work with the MY team on Model Year “Pull Forward” releases.
  • Progress changes through the system, assisting smooth and timely introduction onto the build lines.
  • Manage the Job1 + 90 day handover period to ensure robust transition from Launch into PVT.
  • Reporting progress and roadblocks

Požiadavky

  • Change Management experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects and their timing
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft applications and Project timing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English and Slovakian
  • Personal drive and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to influence individuals and teams
  • Self motivated and the ability to deliver with minimal supervision.
