Job Description

Service Delivery Manager represents a set of Jaguar Land Rover-IT-provided services to the Jaguar Land Rover business and is accountable for all Service Support and Service Delivery actions taken to ensure they meet company´s business needs and IT Requirements. Responsible for overall Jaguar Land Rover Customer Satisfaction.
Service Delivery Manager will be accountable for the operational delivery of specific business-as-usual IT services within the following portfolios:
o Product Development
o Marketing, Sales & Service
o Corporate (HR, Finance & Purchasing).
o National Sales Centres & Global Initiatives
o Manufacturing
o Material Planning & Logistics

Acts as the internal IT customer for all Service Delivery processes, on behalf of the business:
- Service Operations - Event, Incident and Change management
- Service Transition - Service introduction, release management and capacity management
- Service Strategy & Design - Service design and tooling
- Supplier Management - Supplier SLA, OLA and UC management, Contract management
- Maintains the service catalogue for the relevant portfolio
- Acts as the key Service Delivery stakeholder for Formal Portfolio Reviews with Project Delivery , Business Relationship Management
- Liaises with business customers within the corresponding portfolios to understand how key business activity/cycles/demand will impact service requirements/provision.
- Provides advice and guidance on the resolution of major incidents related to the portfolio.


Prior experience of leading a team and managing people.
Experience of working in an IT services or a service orientated function.
Proven ability to operate effective governance.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to present to both large and small audiences.
Proficient in managing stakeholders at all levels.
Able to produce written material (reports, case studies, etc.) to a high standard.
Familiar with implications of organisational and business change and methods of enabling successful change.
Able to exert a strong influence, collegiate in approach and able to collaborate with technology, third party and business colleagues.
Able to command respect and trust at executive management level.
