Finance Manager

Support for existing performance and outlook review through:

• Processing AP, AR, FA requisition according assignment
• CE - operational cash and working capital management
  
• Balance sheet account reconciliations preparation and review, approvals
  
• Preparation and review of journal entries and accruals
  
• Preparation and review of Prepaid Amortization Schedules and monthly Amortization journal entries
  
• VAT/CIT/other taxes monthly and yearly reconciliations preparation and review, taxes reports submission
  
• Performing financial statement reviews, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions
  
• Prepare and ensure Financial Statements and Notes as a part of Statutory Accounts Review and Auditor´s Opinion
  
• Providing support for internal and external audits
  
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant accounting requirements, internal controls
  
• Fixed Assets Register – recording and resolving issues with additions, retirements, disposals; posting depreciation charges
  
• Preparation and review of quarterly fixed assets reporting information Implementation of new solutions and tools
  
• Submits recommendations for improvements and actively participates in company’s new initiatives
• Collaborates effectively with other departments (Project Accounting, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, Credit Cards).

• Employment on the basis of a full-time employment contract,
• The ability to work in an office or a hybrid model (60% office : 40% home office - upon agreement with line manager)
• 37.5 h weekly working time and fully cover meal vouchers
• Work in an experienced project team, on international/long-term projects in a company present in all areas of infrastructure,
• Cooperation with engineers from foreign Jacobs’s offices,
