We are looking for a Remote Personal Assistant to join our international team and develop the company’s international B2B projects. You will be assisting the General Director in performing the tasks related to his responsibilities in a fashion and professional manner.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide high level confidential support.
• Provide a full secretarial and administrative service.
• Serve as the primary sales contact. Phone, LinkedIn, Email.
• Ensure that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively.

OBLIGATIONS:
• Focus on brand and event positioning.
• Full-time job.
• Work to improve and grow the company portfolio.
• Keep top professional disposition, behaviour, and presentation during the working activities
