Job description, responsibilities and duties
Conference Producer to join our international team and develop the company’s international B2B projects. You will produce conferences according to the pipeline with outstanding content and speaker quality. Build strong business relationships with the audience. Provide proactive inputs for better results.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Study the conference topic related to the country's actual situation.
• Develop the content program and agenda.
• Hire speakers according to the internal quality standards (Phone, LinkedIn, Email).
• Create promotional highlights according to the program's features.
• Maintain the database with speaker prospects and confirmed speakers.
• Coordinate and provide speakers the information about their participation.
• Build a strong relationship with speakers and create your network.
• Manage the conference activities (speaker's technical check, agenda timelines, presentations, event protocol, chairman script, virtual tool management, onsite coordination, writing quotes from the presentations, and session resume for the report).
• Deliver the event report.
