Job description, responsibilities and duties

Respond to all customer inquiries via telephone, live chat and e-mail providing information about products and services.
Confirm reservations with our service providers and notify customers of any updates with their itinerary in a timely manner.
Adhere to company's scripts and best practices when dealing with customer and agents.
Maintain a close relationship with our service providers and solve any issues related to the booking process.
Promptly resolve service issues and complaints in a timely manner.
Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and all steps that were taken.
Other duties as assigned.

Started from 780 Euro (net) + 3.6 Euro food voucher/working day

Service-oriented, friendly, and caring attitude with the intention of satisfying the customer 100%.
The ability to assess customer needs, meet quality standards for services, and evaluate customers’ satisfaction.
Excellent English and/or Spanish communication skills (written and verbal) required.
Excellent organizational skills required.
Experience in a customer service environment is a plus, but not necessary.
Need to be detail orientated and be able to multitask.
Ability to work well in a team.
Dependability (must have a clear attendance record and reliable on time reporting for work).
Able to work rotating shifts including at least one day of the weekends, and bank holidays.
