Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a part of the Operations team of the large Oracle implementation you would be responsible for:
- provide continuous support of Oracle Hyperion solution within the large international project in Telecommunication industry
- perform updates, upgrades and patches on Oracle Hyperion systems
- perform trouble-shooting and root cause analysis of incidents occuring on Oracle Hyperion
- end user support of the key business users
- planning of regular activities, development and implementation support
- provide continuous support of Oracle Hyperion solution within the large international project in Telecommunication industry

- good hands-on experience with Hyperion – configuring, upgrading, implementing
- having good experience of support Oracle Hyperion EPM completely
- good Knowledge of application components administration & patching & troubleshooting up to end user support and new reports delivery.
