Job description, responsibilities and duties
Itera is looking for a System Administrator with experience in System Center Orchestrator automation tool with consultant skills. He/she will become a part of Managed services team in Bratislava in close cooperation with a team in Norway.
He/she will be working with multiple clients, all of them belonging to the largest companies in the Scandinavian markets.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• maintain, administer and troubleshoot System Center Orchestrator Environments (monitoring, troubleshooting existing runbooks)
• design and create new workflow runbooks based on business requirements (automatize data/file transfer tasks)
• document and maintain documentation
• follow standard processes in day-to-day activities
• fulfill SLA request requirements

What experiences/competencies you must have:
- Good knowledge of System Center Orchestrator (Opalis)
- Knowledge of best practices of using and designing workflows in Orchestrator
- General knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and related services
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server to support and maintain applications running database on it
- Knowledge of PowerShell, C# and T-SQL at least able to read code
What experiences/competencies we would like you to have (not mandatory but preferred:
- Good understanding of Active Directory
- Knowledge of other System Center products
- Knowledge of Client operating systems
- Understanding of file transfer tools like FTP
- Understanding of networking technologies (VLAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP..)
- Understanding of Azure Cloud
- ITIL Knowledge
- Certifications for Microsoft or other products
- Good knowledge of System Center Orchestrator (Opalis)
