Technical Writer

Itera SK is looking for a Tech Writer for new engagement with one of the strategic Nordic customers to form a core team in Bratislava office for long-term cooperation. Customer is one of the leading provider of payment solutions in the Europe connecting banks, businesses, the public sector, merchants and consumers via an international network facilitating digital payments. It provides a broad range of services within payment cards, bank account services, and payment solutions for merchants.
The project is about development and implementation of customer’s Clearing products on European Market. The core solution defines payments flows and bundled with many modules providing different functions and services.
The assignment is to get the responsibility over creation, update and support of technical documentation that are delivered to external customers.

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Produce content for technical documentation of system modules, features
• Tight communication with developers/architects about solution/technologies/features understanding
• Tight communication with UX/graphic team to finalize documents
