Job description, responsibilities and duties
A person for hiring activities and HR support needed. All activities will require strong competence in independent thinking, responsibility and will require good communication skills.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• hiring and headhunting in IT segment
• provide support in HR administration as contract management, training and administration of new people
• assist new employees on first working day (issue entrance card, training, stationery, take photo, etc.)
• assist in the coordination, preparation and development of internal and external meetings, conferences, seminars and workshops
• maintain a document workflow, an organized and updated filing system for documents, computer office files, reference materials
