We are seeking a highly skilled Network Automation Engineer to join our team. This role combines deep networking knowledge with a strong focus on automation and API-driven infrastructure management.


The ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple network vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.) and a solid background in software development / scripting (i.e.Python) to drive automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain network automation solutions to streamline infrastructure operations.
  • Develop and integrate APIs to manage network devices and services.
  • Work with Cisco, Fortinet, and other network vendors to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to automate network deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Maintain and expand an internally developed network automation portal.
  • Improve infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide expert-level support.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Networking:
    • Strong knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, and other networking technologies.
    • Understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
  • Automation & Programming:
    • Advanced Python development skills.
    • Experience working with APIs (REST, GraphQL, etc.) for network automation.
    • Familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, or other automation tools.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure).
    • Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for automation solutions.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to automation.
  • Ability to work independently and drive network automation initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with local and remote teams.
