Sales Manager in a personnel agency

We are a global company with branches in several countries, focused on connecting businesses with the right talent. We are expanding our team and are looking for an independent individual to manage our branch in Bratislava.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales and operations, and who has the ambition to grow professionally.

You will be responsible for business development, client relations, and the daily operations of the branch. We have an existing database of candidates and clients. Upon proving success, you will have the opportunity to move into a managerial role, lead your own team, and support the branch’s growth.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales and Key Account Management:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the branch's portfolio

• Build long-term relationships with clients

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction

Branch Operations:

• Oversee the daily running of the branch and ensure smooth operation

• Manage contracts in compliance with local legislation

• Coordinate with global branches to align strategies and share best practices

• Handle various administrative tasks
