We are looking for experienced designers/project engineers in the field of Mechanical (HVAC) Engineering to work on brand new projects in the field of construction engineering!

Our customer is one of the largest construction engineering companies in Germany and you will become a member of the newly formed local team, which will be a part of the Engineering and Design department.

You can be a team member or team leader (depending on your level of skills) and work on the projects like housing, offices, and logistic buildings.

The company provides its clients with all of the integrated design and engineering services along with our supplementary services.

Heating, ventilation, and refrigeration technology

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* Completed engineering studies in the field of heating, ventilation, and refrigeration technology
* Detailed experience in planning and projecting heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and smoke extraction systems
* Detailed knowledge in heating and cooling load calculations and thermodynamic building simulations
* Solid knowledge in the areas of indoor air technology, heat pumps, refrigeration systems, heating systems, pipe network, and duct network - design and their calculation
* Experience in providing planning services according to service phases 1-8 HOAI
* Knowledge of costing according to DIN 276 and British Standard
* Experience with international projects (here: German projects)
* Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD is a must
* Knowledge of Revit
* Advanced knowledge of Excel
* Communication at a distance
* Ability to work in a team
* Adaptation to the German management style
* Own demand for good quality
* Strong feeling for reliability and honesty
* Fluent English
