Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are creating a new team and looking for SAP Basis Administrators.
As our new colleague you will be participating on enterprise-level projects in the multinational environment, installing SAP applications on company servers and ensuring optimal system availability, as well as:
- managing user accounts, performance monitoring, patch management, backup;
- collaborating with Support Center in solving incidents in the SAP Basis environment and refine the existing internal documentation;
- collaborating with 3rd party vendors supporting systems connecting to SAP;
- taking on sub-tasks in technical projects such as upgrades, add-on installations or the provision of test systems;
- handling incidents as part of 2nd and 3rd level support.
Client on whose behalf the position is being filled is German provider of digital solutions for optimizing and automating the logistics processes in petroleum industry, from refineries to service station networks.
