Job description, responsibilities and duties

As our new colleague you will be participating on enterprise-level projects of various sizes in the SAP environment, working on system for real estate management.

We are creating 3 new positions with diverse responsibilities:

1. Optimization of the core processes in internal and external accounting:
- You would be in charge of the S/4HANA modules FI (new general ledger and subsidiary ledgers including asset accounting, bank accounting, travel expenses), CO (cost center accounting, profit center accounting, accounting results and market segment accounting) and EC-CS (company consolidation ) as well as BPC.
- You would implement the solutions through customizing and possibly development of modules further in their application
- You would be challenged to recognize new trends and solutions in S/4HANA and incorporate them into your development considerations.

2. Implementation of the technical requirements into the internal system landscape with SAP S/4HANA:
- You would be realizing the application-technical integration with focus on post merger integration, through customizing and possibly through development

3. Management of rollout projects
- You would be managing the preparation of the migration strategy and the scope of the project to integrate companies into client's internal system landscape
- You would be managing rollout projects for SAP S / 4HANA including the connected systems
- You would be coordinating and structuring the entire course of the project - from planning and conception to the migration, test and go-live phase
- You would be coordinating internal employees and external service providers, while being responsible for on-time and on-budget execution

Experience in the position/sector

Personality requirements and skills

• Completed studies in (business) computer science or completed training with relevant professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of basic customizing in the SAP modules SD / FI / CO / HCM and familiarity with the integration of adjacent SAP modules (MM / SD / PS)
• Knowledge of common interface technologies
• Experience with ITSM / ticketing, purchasing-, CRM and HR systems (Coupa, Valuemation, decídalo, CAS genesisWorld, Cornerstone, etc.), safe to handle ITIL service processes

• Very good command of spoken and written English and at least good command of written German
• Friendly and confident demeanor and a high level of customer orientation
• Assertiveness and the goal-oriented moderation of decision-making processes
• Self-contained and well-structured way of working
• Willingness to travel
• Hands-on mentality, holistic thinking, team spirit, reliability and a high level of service orientation
